Adèle Geras has published more than 100 books for readers of all ages. Her first book was Tea at Mrs Manderby's, which was published in 1976.   1. We immensely enjoyed your story involving Clara & Maxi but we felt it ended rather abruptly and wondered if the two Jewish children ever saw their mother ever again and possibly their father who was in Dachau concentration camp. Please reply🙏
